Improving safety, wellbeing and performance

Welcome

Mental Health Support for Seafarers and Maritime Professionals

Working at sea can be an incredible and fulfilling experience, but for seafarers struggling with mental health, it can quickly become isolating and overwhelming. Shore-based teams supporting crew often face complex issues happening thousands of miles away, often without any formal mental health training.

Without the right tools, this can impact crew safety, wellbeing, and overall performance on board.

Isca Wellbeing partners with shipping companies, crewing managers, and maritime professionals to improve mental health at sea and ashore, helping you build healthier, safer, and more resilient operations.

At the core of our services is the 2-day Seafarer Mental Health Awareness Training Course. Officially endorsed by the UK Chamber of Shipping and recognised by the Bahamas Maritime Authority and Merchant Navy Training Board.
